About
Dr. Yee grew up in beautiful Seattle, Washington. After graduating from Cornell University with a BS in Neurobiology and Behavior and a minor in Global Health, she worked at the National Institutes of Health researching signal transduction in sensory neurons. She went on to attend Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where her interest in ophthalmology blossomed as she witnessed the life-changing impacts of micro-surgery. Dr. Yee was ecstatic to return home to Seattle where her family still resides, including her younger brother who is a medical student at UW. She completed her first year in Internal Medicine Residency at UW and looks forward to beginning her specialized training in Ophthalmology. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, playing guitar, and drawing.
