Lois Craig

Lois Craig was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and received a B.A. in Arts from the Hartford College for Women. She served as Vice President of the Los Angeles-based company, Peter Scully Building Corporation, from 1979 to 1986. She currently serves as a director of the Creag Foundation, a private grant-making foundation based in Woodinville that grants nonprofit organizations with innovative approaches to addressing current social problems. 

Lois and her late husband, W. Michael Craig, have a lovely family: one son, two daughters, and three grandsons. In her spare time, Lois enjoys time with family, skiing, photography, and international travel. She first connected with the UW Medicine Eye Institute through care and treatment from former faculty member Michael Banitt. She is passionate about supporting research in traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, autism, and vision science. She is also an avid supporter of Seattle Children’s Hospital.
