Dr. Le was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, with one older sister. He attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate education, where he studied biomedical engineering. During his time off before medical school, he worked with a wound care physician while also working in a snowboard shop. He took his love for the cold and moved up to the Midwest to attend the University of Wisconsin- Madison for medical school. His interest in ophthalmology grew with the support of his mentors throughout his time there and pursuing research with the Wisconsin Reading Center looking at biomarkers in retinal imaging. Dr. Le is super excited to move the absolute furthest away from the heat of Florida to the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys snowboarding, photography, hiking, live music, and playing basketball in his free time.
