Dr. Tseng was born and raised in Seattle, WA, where he graduated from the University of Washington, majoring in biochemistry and neurobiology. He subsequently attended medical school at Texas A&M University, where he completed both graduate and medical school. Dr. Tseng pursued an ophthalmology residency at the Los Angeles General Medical Center/Keck School of Medicine. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society.
