Dr. Han was born and raised in the suburbs of Seattle. He attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate education, where he studied Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. He then completed medical school at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, where he discovered his passion for ophthalmology after founding a volunteer program that provided free eyeglasses to unhoused individuals. He is excited to return home to the Pacific Northwest for his ophthalmology residency. In his free time, Dr. Han enjoys hiking, reading fantasy and science fiction, and playing the guitar.
