Biography

Dr. Duerr grew up in Pittsburgh, PA.  He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Case Western Reserve University and medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his medicine internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL, followed by an ophthalmology residency and glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami.
