Vision Research Science
Our research scientists and ophthalmologist-clinician scientists are committed to improving diagnosis, treatment, and ultimately finding cures for diseases of the eye and visual system. The Vision Science Center at UW Medicine’s South Lake Union research facility provides collaborative opportunities, bringing together scientists from across departments to work on research that will lead to the discovery of next-generation tools for diagnosing, preventing, and treating all types of eye disease.
